Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping — on all orders $100 and over
- Standard Shipping — $8.00 (3–7 business days)
- Express Shipping — $20.00 (2–3 business days)
Your shipping rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order — no surprises.
Estimated Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.
- Standard: 5–7 business days after processing
- Express: 2–3 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- To start a return, email us at support@homeappealstore.com with your order number
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is on its way.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: final sale items, custom or personalized orders, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
