Thank you for shopping with Home Appeal. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Clearance or final sale items.
• Gift cards.
• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Used, washed, or damaged items not caused by shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange items for the same product if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us before returning your purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
